Lola Fortune is committed to sustainable practices, inclusivity and simplicity whilst providing a rejuvenating, luxury salon experience.
Sustainability
We are a registered sustainable salon through Sustainable Salons Australia & New Zealand. Sustainable Salons is the first comprehensive resource recovery program designed for the salon environment that rewards salons and gives back to the community. This partnership helps us recycle 95% of the salon's waste and compost our green waste. Additionally, we do our best to use cruelty-free, natural and environmentally friendly products where possible.
All of the materials collected by Sustainable Salons across Australia and New Zealand are sold for recycling or repurposing with 100% of the proceeds donated to OzHarvest and KiwiHarvest.
Respect
We have a no-judgement approach and welcome clients of all backgrounds and gender identities with respect. Our pricing reflects this - we do not follow outdated gendered pricing structures, and instead charge based on hair length/time needed.
Accessibility
The entrance to Lola Fortune has a single small step and double doors. A large client bathroom with handrail is located on the same floor. Unfortunately due to the plumbing required for our basins, our hair washing services are not currently wheel-chair friendly, however our mirrored stations for haircutting and styling are. If you have any concerns about accessibility or questions about your upcoming appointment, please contact us at info@lolafortune.com.au, we would be glad to help in any way we can.

Mollie Clegg
ADVANCED STYLIST - SHE/HER
Mollie is the brains behind Lola Fortune, and from the very beginning she has been passionate about enhancing hair's natural beauty whilst protecting its health and integrity.
Mollie's go-tos:
Lived in natural colour, highlighting to create dimension and tailored curly cuts.
Jordan Clarke
ADVANCED STYLIST - SHE/HER
Jordan joined the Lola Fortune team in 2021 with six years of experience behind her. She is a perfectionist and a total natural when it comes to soft, blended lightening services.
Jordan's go-tos:
70s shag cuts, balayage and highlighting services.
Minka Pinci
ADVANCED STYLIST/EDUCATOR - SHE/HER
Minka brings over 19 years of experience to the salon, having worked in both Australia and London. She’s a versatile stylist who loves creating low-maintenance looks that embrace the natural texture and movement of hair.
Big changes and bold transformations are her thing, and she’s always up for helping clients switch it up.
As our in-house educator, Minka also mentors and trains our apprentices, sharing her knowledge and passion for the craft.
Minka's go-to styles:
Shags, mullets, pixies, bobs, and 70s-inspired cuts — plus adding fun pops of bright or pastel colour to enhance natural tones.
Louise Shipton
ADVANCED STYLIST - SHE/HER
With over two decades of experience across the UK and Australia, Lou is a true industry veteran.
Her passion for teaching, learning, and creative expression shines through her work. Lou is a versatile expert in both cutting and colouring.
Lou's go-to's:
Wash-and-wear razor cuts, low-maintenance brunettes and lived in blondes.
Amy Peterson
SENIOR STYLIST - SHE/HER
Amy is a very talented senior hairstylist with years of experience in the field - a master of soft layered shapes, seamless colour, and is partial to an iconic 90s blowout!
Kimberley Jong
SENIOR STYLIST - SHE/HER
Kim is a qualified stylist with 9 years of hairdressing experience. She's a colour queen, specialising in dimensional blondes, vibrant coppers and glossy brunettes.
As a confident all rounder, she also has a special knack for long layered cuts and bobs

Adair MacDonald
STYLIST - SHE/HER
Adair has been working hard to grow and develop her skills and has recently completed her apprenticeship with us.
As a newly qualified Stylist, she brings fresh creativity and skill to her work, specialising in colour techniques such as grey blending, custom brunette shades, high contrast balayage, and all things dimensional colour.
Adair’s expertise extends to haircuts, with a keen eye for anything textured and shaggy.
She thrives on clients who are ready for a bold change and is passionate about creating looks that enhance individuality.
Annelise Rowell
EMERGING STYLIST - SHE/HER
Annelise is one of our emerging stylists here at Lola Fortune. She is vivacious and has a creative flair. She can be found assisting our senior stylists and performing gorgeous colours, cuts and styles.
Shannon Prill
SENIOR STYLIST - SHE/HER
With 7 years of experience behind the chair, she brings a calm, confident presence and a deep appreciation for helping her clients embrace their natural hair texture.
Shannon specialises in short cuts and curly hair, and she finds joy in big transformations — think long hair to effortless pixie cuts. Originally from Aotearoa, she brings a grounded, thoughtful energy to every appointment (she’s a Taurus, of course).
Jason Golias
EMERGING STYLIST - HE/HIM
Jason is an up-and-coming hair stylist with a fresh eye for style and a passion for helping people feel their absolute best. He brings creativity, precision, and a love for the latest trends in styling.
