Lockdown Policy
In the event of closure due to any future lockdowns, all appointments for the duration will be cancelled and deposits will be refunded.
All appointments cancelled by the business due to lockdown will be given first and equal priority for rebooking once a reopening date is confirmed.
Other existing clients will then be given the option to book, followed by new clients.
Whilst we will do our best to accommodate everyone impacted as soon as possible, please be prepared that there may be a wait time for a new appointment.
