I am a new client, can I book in? Yes! As of February 9th 2022, we have been able to accept new client bookings again. The wait time may still be quite long for some appointments , but we look forward to meeting you all soon!
Can I be placed on your waitlist? We no longer keep a waitlist. Any last minute appointment openings will become available on our online booking portal and will be posted on our Instagram story to be snapped up.
Why can't I get an appointment ASAP? I'm desperate! We hear you. Multiple lockdowns and individual isolations have been long and tough and there are a lot of grown out colours, split ends and overgrown fringes out there. Many clients have had multiple appointments cancelled due to lockdown. Whilst we would love to see everyone straight away, it is going to take us months to catch up. We ask for your patience during this time.
Why might my post lockdown appointment have a higher cost? If you usually get your colour touched up every 6 weeks, it is likely to be fairly grown out by now. Due to the extra regrowth, fading, and space between trims, your hair might need a little more work than it usually does. This isn't your fault, but it isn't ours either, so we hope everyone can understand that we need to charge for any extra product used. We will quote you before your colour service, and can discuss lower maintenance options if needed.
Can we book with Mollie? Our most asked question! Our sweet Mollie has partially returned from maternity leave, however she will be working on clients in a limited capacity as she dedicates time to being River's mother and to the development of her team and business. Whilst she is stepping back a little, her clientele will be very safe and well cared for by our other stylists. Mollie will be able to take care of some of her regular clients, however she is currently booked until February. She is not taking new clients.
